The Yellow Pavilion team have organised a ‘Couch to 5k’ training programme to get you ready for The Color Run at Wembley Park on Saturday 12 June 2016 . This 9 week training programme is free and consists of three 30 minute training sessions per week, taking place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 8pm and Saturday mornings at 9am. The programme will be delivered by NBL Fitness, who have used the NHS Choices guidelines to develop a fun training course for people of all fitness levels.
Participants will also be given free tickets to enter The Color Run. To get involved you will need to attend an induction at 9am on Saturday 9 April. Numbers are limited, so to book your place or to find out more information, please contact email@example.com.
