New classes at the Yellow Pavilion

Have you ever fancied learning the difference between your ISO and your long exposure? Perhaps you’ve been hankering to have a go at making your own jewellery? Have a look at what’s on at the Yellow Pavilion, as well as the regular classes, the September programme has some exciting new additions suggested by the local community.

Lights, camera, action!

If you’re aged 14-18 and want to find out what it’s like to be part of the Tricycle Theatre’s Young Company, come down to the Yellow Pavilion on Thursday 15 September for a taster session held in advance of auditions on 22 September. You’ll get the chance to explore your creativity and develop your skills whilst working alongside a professional director and writer in a programme which will then run for 6 months and offer the opportunity to create a show as part of a Brent-wide festival! Contact Natalie Raaum for more details.

On Tuesday 27 September, Brent Pensioners will be hosting a monthly social coffee morning from 11.00 am. This free event is a great place for the over 50’s to come and exchange ideas, share stories and take part in different activities. This regular session will be held on the last Tuesday of the month.
