We’re delighted to announce that Wembley Park will be the venue to host the finale of this summer’s Nomad Cinema season.
What is The Nomad Cinema? The Nomad Cinema is London’s best outdoor, roaming pop-up cinema, that sets up in iconic areas all over the capital! The ticketed event will offer film-lovers a unique viewing experience that includes street-food vendors, pop-up bars, pre-film music and most importantly, comfortable seats!
Where will the screen be? The outdoor screen will be positioned on Olympic Way, with a stunning view of Wembley Stadium in the background.
What films will be shown? The current film schedule is the timeless classic Back to the Future, Quentin Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction and the Oscar winning Slumdog Millionaire. (Subject to licence approval).
When? The Nomad experience is coming to Wembley Park on 29 September until 30 September 2016.
What makes The Nomad Cinema special? 100% of the profits made from ticket sales go to charity. This year’s charity is The Sustainability Institute, which helps a sustainable living and learning centre in South Africa. In order to maximise the amount of money that can be given to charity, The Nomad is partly run by volunteers.
Why come to Wembley Park? We know lots of Nomad fans love discovering new parts of London and are excited to add outdoor film to our events programme. We hope as many people as possible come and support The Nomad Cinema project and explore all of Wembley Park’s offering – entertainment, shopping and new homes in a spectacular iconic landscape.
