WEMBLEY PARK: A NEW BUSINESS DESTINATION FOR LONDON
Quintain today announced the release of 750,000 square feet of space for office development at Wembley Park.
Guests including broadcaster Clare Balding are to attend a launch announcing a partnership with Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield for the new London business destination.
The event is pitched at large companies who want a well-connected and competitively priced, modern, London HQ. The offices will be built bespoke to the individual requirements. It will rival other developments like Stratford and Croydon with prices at less than £40 per square foot.
It is expected that hi-tech businesses and financial companies dealing with large volumes of data will be drawn by Wembley Park’s great connectivity – with a 12 minute journey to central London and the site being noted for having the fastest broadband in London, made possible with fibre optic cables built in as standard. Current offices and homes have speeds of up to 1GB and The SSE Arena and new offices will benefit from 10GB.
This new office development will complement the current offering which supports more than 4,000 people are already working at Wembley Park’s campus-style site.

Companies will be able to design their own office blocks and move in within 24 months. The buildings will range in size from 70,000 square feet to 750,000 square feet. They will have excellent efficiencies that can accommodate an occupational density of 1:8 sq m.
