This summer, Wembley Park welcomes you to over 300  hours of free arts and entertainment, as London’s newest creative destination comes alive.

Running from June to September 2018, Summer of Play is a curated season of cultural activities that invite visitors and residents to enjoy the transformed Wembley Park over the summer months. 

From Mayor of London’s International Busking Day, an outdoor film season of Bollywood blockbusters, free screenings of National Theatre Live productions and a global parkour festival, it will all happen in Wembley Park. SUMMER OF PLAY PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS

Be one of the first to experience the National Theatre Live for free on deckchairs in Arena Square. Through the summer we will also be showing a full range of free screenings for you to enjoy, so grab a friend and head down to Wembley Park. 

This year Wembley Park will be hosting The Mayor of London’s International Busking Day, however that’s not all. We have a range of street performences for you to enjoy throughout the summer find out more below.

Rendezvous Gathering XIII, the world’s signature annual international parkour event, comes to Wembley Park for a three-day event. We are also welcoming the happiest 5 K ever and the skating sisterhood of Marawa’s Majorettes.

Wembley Park will be hosting a range of design and arts & crafts workshops across the summer, from wood carving to flag making, taught by globally acclaimed designer-makers. These hands-on sessions are a great way to learn new skills and meet new people. There is something for everyone to enjoy. 

To launch Wembley Park’s summer cultural season, internationally renowned street artist Remi Rough unveiled Flight, which will be on display in Wembley Park from June to September 2018. So Last Century Vintage and Retro Fair will also be coming to Wembley Park, alongside the annual Open House London.

 Wembley Park is easy to reach from central London with three tube lines and an overland line.

The Jubilee Line offers access to Bond Street in 19 minutes from Wembley Park Station. 
The Metropolitan Line takes 12 minutes from Baker street. 

 

BY CAR

Wembley Park has over 3,000 secure car parking spaces. Wembley Park’s official marshalled car parks are all close to Wembley Park’s iconic venues.
