You’ll be happy to learn that Wembley disabled access is excellent – the entire neighbourhood is step-free. As a result, there are loads of places to eat, drink, and shop when you visit.

It’s always a relief to explore a neighbourhood that is entirely step-free. You can enjoy every aspect of Wembley Park’s fantastic shopping, dining, and entertainment without worrying about obstacles in your way. You’ll find Changing Places disabled public toilets at the London Designer Outlet and in the Brent Civic Centre.

Disabled Parking at Wembley Park

Wembley Park car parks offer more than 200 accessible parking spaces for Blue-Badge holders. They are close to all of our iconic venues, including the Stadium, London Designer Outlet, and BOXPARK.

If you’re going to an event at Wembley Stadium or Wembley Arena, you’ll find Blue Badge parking in the Blue Car Park and Red Car Park. Blue Badge holders will receive a reduced price for car-sized vehicles but do note that there is no free parking available.

It’s easy to get to Wembley Park on bus routes 83, 182, 206, 223, and 297, all of which are fully wheelchair accessible.

• Wembley Park Station - Metropolitan and Jubilee lines

This station is fully accessible. That means you can get from the train to the entrance/exit without needing to use any stairs – but do note that there is a small step and gap, suitable for most wheelchair users. However, you do need to travel in the correct carriage to alight at Wembley Park.

If you are using the Jubilee line, it requires a manual boarding ramp in operation. Just tell a TFL staff member at your origin station, and they’ll help arrange this.

• Wembley Central Station – Bakerloo and London Overground
  Sadly, neither the Bakerloo nor the London Overground lines have level access. However, there is a lift for platform access.
  
• Wembley Stadium Station – Mainline Train Station

You’ll need to phone ahead to Chiltern Railways to ensure that a wheelchair ramp is available for you at Wembley Stadium Station – call 08456 005 165. There is a lift for platform access.

• Free tickets for personal assistants with their “PA goes free” scheme (subject to availability)
• The accessible booking line is open Monday – Friday (9am - 5.30pm) on 020 8782 5629
• Level access from the foyer entrance doors to the dedicated disabled bays via a public lift
• An Adult Changing Space, accessed from the foyer, allows people with profound learning disabilities or people who have physical disabilities to use the toilets with dignity. It includes a height-adjustable adult-sized changing bench and sink, a mobile hoist space, and a non-slip floor.
• Dropped counter units for food and drink service on the North and South concourses
• A number of wheelchair spaces for ambulant disabled guests and a personal assistant.
• Assistance dogs are welcome but may not always be allowed to stay in the arena – email customerservices@ovoarena.co.uk in advance
• Infra-red hearing assistance system available, and receivers can be used with or without hearing aids – pick up from the venue reception on the South Concourse. The hearing loop works in N4 - N12 and S4 – S12 rows A-H, N3 – N9 and S3 –S9 rows J – R, E3 rows A-O and E4 rows J-O

Here are some of the ways that they ensure their guests with disabilities can enjoy Wembley Stadium:

• Lifts to the concourse and every stadium level
• Accessible queue points and lowered counters at retail outlets
• Tactile indicators on signs

• Dedicated lifts at each entrance with enough room for two wheelchair users and their assistants
• Two dog relieving stations for service dogs (next to turnstiles B and M) on the east and west external public concourse
• An auditory enhancement system with comprehensive event commentary and emergency announcements
• Wheelchairs available to loan
• 147 accessible toilets (you do need a RADAR key, but you can also ask for one from a steward or information point
• All viewing platforms have a dedicated steward
• Free BSL interpretation of every concert - the interpreter is located at Block 102/103 or 141/142. Guests who need this service are seated in the first three rows of these Blocks to ensure they can see the stage and the interpreter, and they can buy tickets for their entire group.
