BOXPARK Wembley are bringing together men from all walks (and runs) of life for an evening that’s all about men’s mental health, movement, and real conversation.
Join The Sukoon Circle and Boxpark for a free community event uniting local London run clubs and mental health advocates. Expect a relaxed run or walk at a conversational pace (zone 2), followed by an honest panel talk about what it really means to look after your mind and your mates.
This isn’t about who’s the fastest. It’s about showing up, opening up, and moving for a cause that matters.
What’s Going Down:
- 6.30pm – Intro & Warm up
- Intentional 5k run or 30/40 min walk — all levels welcome
- A panel talk from real men in the community featuring powerful voices on men’s mental health
- Acknowledgements and connection time with your support community
- This is a perfect chance to show up for yourself, for men, and your community!.. and this event falls on International Men’s Day!
Who’s It For:
– Men from every background, every fitness level, every story.
– All Women and community members that are allies to men and care about their mental health.
– 18+

About The Sukoon Circle:
Founded by Fatema, a psychotherapist on a mission to bridge the gap between men and women, The Sukoon Circle hosts allyship events and monthly circles tackling topics like psychological safety, consent, communication, and conflict — creating safe, human, and powerful conversations that change the way we connect.
