The Jacksonville Jaguars have announced Country music star Clint Black will headline at their inaugural country music festival Jags Country to be held at the OVO Arena Wembley, on Thursday September 28th.

Celebrating their tenth game in the Capital, the Jacksonville Jaguars hope the event will bring fans of NFL and Country music together to enjoy an evening of entertainment from U.S and U.K artists, alongside Jaguars alumni, Jaxson De-Ville and the ROAR cheerleaders.

Country legend, Clint Black will headline the show supported by Diamond selling Brian Kelley; other exciting acts joining the lineup are promising Country artist Tyler Rich, London based American artist Alyssa Bonagura, and the Northern Irish duo Dea Matrona. Hosted by the Jaguars own JP. Shadrick, the evening will combine football and music through on-stage performances and conversations. With themed refreshments and Jaguars merchandise on offer, the event will showcase all things Jacksonville Jaguars, with Country music providing fantastic entertainment throughout the night.

Clint Black said:

“I’m very excited and honored to be headlining Jags Country. I’ve always had great experiences in the UK, but I’m sure this will be the most exciting! Many thanks to the Jaguars for inviting me to be a part of their special event.”

Maria Gigante, VP of UK Operations for the Jaguars, added:

“Commemorating the Jaguars’ tenth game in London was something we were determined to celebrate in an exciting new way, and we believe Jags Country is just that. The line up of top-class U.S and U.K talent, alongside our own beloved alumni promises to be a special evening for both Jaguars and Country fans.

“This year is unique with the game against the Falcons at Wembley stadium is followed by a road game a week later, a first in the NFL international series, and it was our ambition to deliver great events for our fans to enjoy while the team are in the U.K. The concert on the 28th will provide a platform for us to enjoy a spectacular ten days of the Jaguars in London.”
