- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 14 years to 5 years except employees of Quintain Limited, Quintain Services Limited, Quintain Living Properties NW01 Limited, Quintain Living Properties NW06 Limited, QWR Properties NW07 Limited, QWR Properties W03 Limited, QWR Properties W06 Limited, QWR Properties SW03a Limited, QWR Properties E01 Limited, QWR Properties E03 Limited and QWR Investments E05 Limited, all of 180 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5QZ ; Wembley Park Residential Ltd of 180 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5QZ; and Wembley Park Ltd of 180 Great Portland Street, London and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- By entering this competition each entrant agrees that they and their parent or guardian have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Competition Information and these Terms.
- Entrants must have the consent of a parent/guardian over 18 to enter the competition. Wembley Park Ltd reserves the right to obtain proof of such consent and to refuse entry or to choose another winner if such proof, where requested, has not been given.
- Entrants must be aged under 14 years old at the time of the competition.
- Wembley Park Ltd has the right at any time to require entrants to provide proof of identity as evidence of eligibility to participate. If an entrant fails to comply with a request for proof of identity, or provides false or misleading information, the Marketing Manager may at his/her discretion, disqualify the entrant from the competition, or, where appropriate allocate the prize to another eligible entrant. Such decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into about a decision regarding eligibility
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Entrant’s photo is the admission ticket for the competition.

- This competition is open from 16/10/2023 to 29/10/2023. After this date no further entries to the competition will be not permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: To enter the competition, the visitor has to enter their details and upload their image.
- Images submitted for an entry must be focused on nature, wildlife and landscaping in the boundaries of Wembley Park as shown in this map.
- Images submitted for entry must not include people or children. Any images uploaded with people or children will not be considered.
- The prizes are as follows: First place wins a Kodak PIXPRO Digital Camera, Second place wins a £50 London Designer Outlet voucher, Third Place wins a £25 London Designer Outlet voucher
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- The prize is stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice
- Entries will be judged and winners chosen by a panel of judges and an independent judge. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Wembley Park shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
- Wembley Park also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
- Wembley Park‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
- The winner and their parent/guardian agree to the use of the entrant’s name and entry in any publicity material.
- Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
