Join BOXPARK Wembley to exercise, dance, burn calories and most importantly have fun, with 20 minute music-themed workouts led by professional instructors in one of London's hottest social venues.
As Fit Vibez aim to make you work up a sweat, they ask that you bring the following items:
- A bottle of water to keep hydrated (Drinks available to purchase at the bar)
- A towel to keep you cool and dry
- An exercise mat (recommended but not essential)
