Take a mindful pause this festive season with Winter’s Whisper, a calming, Christmas-themed yoga class designed to help you unwind and reset. With gentle flows set to a soothing holiday playlist, this is your moment of stillness with MoreYoga in the heart of Wembley Park.

Take part in the class on Saturday 20th December from 12:45pm to 1:45pm, led by instructor Ingrid at MoreYoga Wembley Park, Unit 7 Weaver Walk, HA9 0LE. This community class is completely free, but with limited availability, early booking is encouraged to secure your place.

All mats, bolsters and blocks are provided, and the studio includes changing cubicles and an on-site toilet for your convenience.
