With the uncertainty the crisis has created, The Man Down Project will be focussing on reducing social isolation, providing practical solutions to anxiety and to building a community to share advice/experiences/stories - inviting more men to join the conversation from their home.

The Man Down Project meetings are free and run bi-weekly on Thursdays from 6pm to 7pm.
