Alkaline, a 30-year-old Jamaican-born songwriter and performer, rose to prominence in 2013 and has since established himself as a leading independent artist in the Caribbean.

Known as the 'YoungLawd' of dancehall, his debut album New Level Unlocked topped the iTunes and Billboard Reggae charts in 2016. Alkaline's international reach extends through collaborations with icons like Shaggy, Sean Paul, and French Montana, as well as being featured in the Grand Theft Auto game series.

Most recently, he made history as the first dancehall artist to be featured in Givenchy’s 2023 Summer Collection campaign, working alongside fashion designer Matthew Williams. With captivating lyrics and a unique perspective, Alkaline continues to influence both music and fashion globally.

Born Earlan Bartley, Alkaline is known for his groundbreaking artistry and enigmatic persona. His signature style blends hard-hitting lyrics with melodic delivery, allowing him to rise from Jamaica's underground scene to international acclaim. His debut album New Level Unlocked became an instant success, solidifying his place in dancehall's upper echelon. Alkaline continues to shape the genre with projects like the New Rules Festival and collaborations with artists worldwide.
