Part of Wembley Park’s Summer Rocks season, these free outdoor yoga sessions are the perfect way to reset your body and mind beneath the stadium arch.

Led by expert instructors from MoreYoga — London’s local yoga studios, with a branch right here on Weaver Walk — these open-air classes take place at the Sound Shell and are suitable for all levels. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, come as you are.

No equipment is required, just wear comfy clothes and bring a bottle of water.
