House of Jiriki is bringing to you this new workshop on the 13th of April for Stress Awareness Month.
Founder Jane will show you some self-reiki and self-massage techniques to lower your stress and anxiety levels. You will then explore the best essential oils to use against stress and create your own tea blend, using organic herbs to improve focus and induce positive feelings and relaxation. Finally, you'll embark on a no-stress guided meditation and sound journey with crystal bowls. You'll bring back your tea blend with you to continue your no-stress journey home.
