
Movement and well-being dance artist Stephanie Ojo takes us on a journey with Rhythmic Body: An Afro Dance-Based Somatic Movement Class. A Body-mind-cantered dance class that involves movement of the diaspora. This therapeutic cultural dance practice engages African movement of the diaspora through holism and community utilising drumming and breath to engage the body and senses.
Stephanie also works in pediatric Occupational Therapy and is delighted to share her passion of movement and dance with you at The Yellow this October.

About Stephanie Ojo's
An emerging dance artist, researcher, and educator from Los Angeles, California. Stephanie Camille holds 26 years of combined dance training, teaching and professional performance. Stephanie's training has come from some of the world's leading dance professionals such as, Debbie Allen, Karen McDonald, Ron Brown, Deborah Brokus, Sheron Wray, and commercial industry leaders such as Galen Hooks, HiHat, and Fatima. Her training and career have been the catalyst for diving into dance education, academia, and research.
