Wellbeing and Resilience Class for Women is a place where women can come together in a safe, intimate and empowering environment to share whatever is on their mind – relationships, work, family, health, stress, addictions etc. You will experience how helpful and comforting it can be to be heard and supported, and the joy of learning about the power and resilience that is within you.
