Frequently asked questions

  1. Does my ticket guarantee entry?

Your free ticket gives you access to Samovar Space, but entry is subject to capacity. If the site reaches capacity we may need to restrict access for safety reasons, even for ticket holders. Arrive early to be sure of your spot.

  2. Is there seating?

There is no formal seating. Limited seating is available around Samovar Space on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be booked or reserved. Most of the audience will be standing, so feel free to bring a picnic blanket for the quieter spots.

  3. What time should I arrive?

Music starts at 2.30pm and the Samovar Space site is open from 2pm. Come early to Wembley Park though, to browse the summer market and grab a drink before the crowds build.

  4. Is the event accessible?

Yes. Olympic Way is a wide, flat, step-free pedestrian boulevard with step-free access from Wembley Park station. See wembleypark.com/accessibility-around-wembley-park for full details. There will be a small area inside Samovar Space for wheelchair users.

  5. Can I bring children?

Absolutely. The event is family-friendly and all ages are welcome. It's part of Summer Rocks, Wembley Park's free summer programme for the whole neighbourhood.

  6. Can I bring food and drink?

Street food stalls, craft beer stands and a mobile bar from Feed The Yak run all day, and BOXPARK Wembley and plenty of restaurants are moments away. Due to capacity, we're afraid picnics will not be allowed inside Samovar Space.

  7. What happens if it rains?

The event goes ahead rain or shine, so check the forecast and dress for an outdoor site. In the case of severe weather warnings, we will email all registered attendees at least 24 hours in advance to confirm whether the event is cancelled or moved to another location.
