Updated May 2026. Mundo Pixar Experience is open at Wembley Park, now extended until 1 November 2026 following sold-out Easter holidays. As the team behind the destination, we've put together the practical guide the official site doesn't. What you actually need to know before you go: best times to visit, how long to allow, getting here, where to park, and where to eat before or after. This page is published by Wembley Park, the destination hosting the exhibition.

Mundo Pixar Experience at a Glance

Mundo Pixar Experience opened on 13 February 2026 at Fulton Road, Wembley Park, London HA9 0TF, in a purpose-built 3,500 square metre venue. Following a sold-out Easter and demand from over 100,000 visitors every month, the run has been extended until Sunday 1 November 2026. It is an interactive, walkthrough experience, not a cinema screening, VR experience or theme park ride. Visitors explore 14 life-sized recreations of iconic Pixar film sets at their own pace over approximately 45 to 55 minutes. The route is a one-way journey, designed so each room reveals itself in sequence. The venue is fully accessible for visitors with motor, hearing and visual disabilities, including wheelchair users. The London run at Wembley Park is the UK premiere, featuring the world premiere of Sunnyside Daycare from Toy Story 3, not seen in any previous international edition. Tickets start from £18 for children (peak £22) and £24 for adults (peak £31). Premium and group tickets are also available. The exhibition is open every day except Tuesdays, with daily time slots beginning at 9am or 10am depending on the date. From 30 August 2026 the opening pattern shifts to Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. During UK school holidays, opening times may vary, so check ahead before you travel.

The Wembley Park venue has welcomed more than 100,000 visitors every month since opening in February 2026, sold out completely over the Easter holidays, and has now extended its run to 1 November 2026 to meet demand. The extension carries through the release of Toy Story 5 on 19 June 2026.

Pixar Experience London: What to Expect

The Mundo Pixar Experience spans 14 themed environments across 3,500 square metres. Each room is a walkthrough recreation of a key Pixar film location, and the route is a one-way journey designed to reveal each set in sequence.

  • Toy Story: Andy's Room. A life-sized bedroom where you are toy-scale. Oversized furniture, Buzz and Woody on the shelf, and the iconic cloud wallpaper surrounding you on all sides.

  • Monsters, Inc: Scare Floor. The factory doors, Sulley's apartment, and Boo's door station. You walk through the world where monsters clock in for work.

  • Cars: Radiator Springs. Drive-in aesthetic with Lightning McQueen, Mater, and the Cozy Cone Motel recreated at full scale.

  • Inside Out: Headquarters. The control console, memory orbs, and the full cast of emotions from both Inside Out films — Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, Disgust, plus Anxiety and the newer emotions introduced in Inside Out 2.

  • Coco: Land of the Dead. The marigold bridge and Día de los Muertos celebration, one of the most photographed rooms in the Mundo Pixar Experience.

  • Finding Nemo: The Reef. An underwater world with Marlin, Dory, and the East Australian Current.
  • Up: Carl's House. The balloon-lifted house with Russell's gear and the Spirit of Adventure.

  • Toy Story 3: Sunnyside Daycare (World Premiere). A room designed specifically for the London edition, featuring Jessie, Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear and the Aliens. This set has never appeared in any previous international edition of Mundo Pixar.

Did You Know? Inside Facts About Mundo Pixar London

Andy's bed in the Toy Story room is eight times bigger than a standard bed. The Inside Out Headquarters contains exactly 398 glowing memory spheres. The Coco ofrenda features more than 500 handcrafted Día de los Muertos elements, making it the most photographed room in the Mundo Pixar Experience.

Six bespoke scents run throughout the experience: catch the breeze of a Portorosso summer evening in the Luca room, warm incense from Mama Coco's house in Coco, and freshly cut grass evoking Paradise Falls in Up.

Across all 14 rooms there are 27 life-sized character sculptures to find. And keep your eyes open for the yellow Luxo Ball hidden somewhere in the Pixar exhibition, spotting it is part of the official Pixar Ball Treasure Hunt that runs throughout.

Who Is Mundo Pixar Suitable For?

Mundo Pixar is designed for all ages. Families with children aged 3-12 will find the most to engage with, though adults who grew up with Toy Story, Finding Nemo, and Up will enjoy the nostalgia.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Everyone aged 2 and over requires their own ticket. Children under 24 months can be booked on a £2 infant ticket (processing fee only).

The Pixar exhibition is fully wheelchair accessible. Each room features detailed audio guides and British Sign Language videos accessible via QR codes, so deaf and visually impaired visitors can fully enjoy the experience. A sensory-friendly zone is available in the lobby for guests who may be sensitive to lights or sounds, just ask any member of staff. The experience does not include strobe lighting and complies with Epilepsy Society and Health & Safety Executive guidelines.

Personal assistants and support workers visiting with a guest requiring assistance can apply for one free Companion ticket at the time of booking. Trained assistance dogs are welcome in the venue.

Photography is encouraged throughout. All environments are designed with photo opportunities in mind, and no flash restrictions apply. Professional camera equipment is not permitted, phones and standard cameras are fine.

If you need a short break during your visit, staff can take you to a designated rest area along the route.

Buggies, Babies and Changing Facilities

Buggies and pushchairs cannot be taken into Mundo Pixar Experience London. A complimentary stroller parking area is provided at the entrance. For visitors travelling with newborns or infants, the venue recommends a baby carrier or sling.

Bags larger than A4 also need to be checked into the cloakroom, which is charged at £3 per item. Arrive at least 10 minutes before your time slot to allow time for buggy storage, the cloakroom and a toilet stop before you go in. Latecomers may not be admitted, entry after the slot time is at the manager's discretion.

Toilets with accessible and baby-changing facilities are available inside the venue for ticketed guests. The venue is fully indoor, flat throughout and air-conditioned, so rain or shine it works for a day out with little ones.

How Long Is Mundo Pixar in London?

Mundo Pixar London originally opened on 13 February 2026 and was scheduled to close at the end of June. Following sold-out Easter holidays and demand from over 100,000 visitors every month, the run has been extended until Sunday 1 November 2026.

Tickets for July to November went on general sale Thursday 21 May 2026, with presales from Wednesday 20 May.

As a touring exhibition it will not return once the London run ends. School holiday and weekend slots sell out fastest. Booking ahead is strongly recommended.

Best Time to Visit Mundo Pixar Experience

Weekday mornings between 10am and 12pm are the quietest, with shorter queues at popular photo spots like Andy's Room and the Coco bridge. Weekday afternoons are slightly busier but still comfortable. Weekends and school holidays are peak times, with higher ticket prices and larger crowds.

If you have flexibility, a midweek morning visit offers the best experience, especially for families with younger children. The first slot of the day tends to be the least crowded, book the earliest available entry if you want the rooms mostly to yourselves for photos.

From 30 August 2026, the exhibition closes on Wednesdays and Thursdays and opens on Tuesdays, so the quietest times shift. Monday and Friday mornings become the best off-peak slots from this point onward.

Tickets are also priced dynamically. Adult tickets range from £24 off-peak to £31 at peak, and child tickets from £18 to £22. Booking a weekday morning slot is the most reliable way to get the lowest price.

Mundo Pixar Experience London Ticket Prices

Mundo Pixar operates on a timed entry system. Most visitors pre-book a specific date and time slot online. A box office is available at the venue, but tickets often sell out, so booking ahead is strongly recommended (Easter 2026 sold out completely).

Prices vary by date and time slot. Weekday mornings are the cheapest, weekends and school holidays the most expensive. The full price range, low to peak:

  • Adult (16+): £24 to £31
  • Child (3-15): £18 to £22
  • Family Ticket (2 adults + 2 children): £76 to £106 (works out at £19 to £26.50 per person)
  • Premium Admission: £44 to £46 (includes exclusive merchandise and a photo package)
  • Small Group (6+): £29 per person
  • Large Group (10+): £28 per person
  • Infant (0-24 months): £2 (processing fee only)
  • Accessible Companion: Free with a valid paid ticket

If you are booking for a family of four, the Family Ticket is usually the better deal as it works out roughly £24 cheaper than buying separate adult and child tickets at peak times. For weekday off-peak visits, separate tickets can be marginally cheaper than the Family bundle. Compare both at checkout.

Tickets are available through three official platforms: mundopixar.com, Ticketmaster and Disney Tickets. All three are authorised sellers. Wembley Park does not sell tickets directly but provides up-to-date information on this page.

Exchanges and Refunds

Tickets can be exchanged for a different date or time up to 48 hours before your booking, for a small admin fee. Refunds are not issued. Check the seller's exchange page when you book.

Discount Codes

No official discount codes have been released for the London run. Any "promo codes" advertised on third-party coupon sites are unverified and may not work at checkout. For the most reliable pricing, book directly through one of the three official platforms listed above.

Weekday mornings (10am-12pm) are quietest, ideal for families wanting shorter queues at popular photo spots like Andy's Room.

Where to Buy Tickets for Mundo Pixar Experience

Tickets are available through three official platforms: the official Mundo Pixar website, Ticketmaster and Disney Tickets. All three are authorised sellers and prices are consistent across platforms. Wembley Park does not sell tickets directly but provides up-to-date information on this page.

Is Mundo Pixar Worth It?

Mundo Pixar is worth it for the scale and quality of what you walk through. With 14 themed environments across 3,500 square metres, the exhibition offers more physical space and variety than most immersive experiences in London.

Over 4 million visitors worldwide have visited Mundo Pixar across previous runs in Madrid, Mexico City, Dallas, Barcelona, Rio de Janeiro, Seoul and other international cities. The London edition at Wembley Park has welcomed more than 100,000 visitors every month since opening and sold out completely over the Easter holidays.

The London edition also includes a London-exclusive room not available in any other city: the world premiere of Sunnyside Daycare from Toy Story 3, featuring Jessie, Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear, and the Aliens.

A note on what it is not. Mundo Pixar Experience is not a theme park, a film screening or a VR ride. It is a walkthrough exhibition where you spend approximately 45 to 55 minutes exploring life-sized recreations of Pixar film sets. If you are expecting interactive rides or actor-led performance, this is not that.

Mundo Pixar Experience takes 45 to 55 minutes, leaving plenty of time to explore Wembley Park's food scene.
