Wembley Park is a regenerated neighbourhood in north-west London, built around Wembley Stadium and 12 minutes from Baker Street by Tube. Day to day, that means a seven-acre park, six supermarkets, a GP surgery, free events all year and more than 3,500 Quintain Living rental homes. Here's what living here is really like.

Wembley Park at a glance
- Transport: Wembley Park station is on the Metropolitan and Jubilee lines, with Baker Street 12 minutes away and Bond Street 19. Direct trains from Wembley Stadium station reach Marylebone in 9 minutes, and the Jubilee line runs all night on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Green space: Union Park has seven acres of lawns, ponds and play areas, with off-lead space for dogs. Elvin Gardens is close by.
- Essentials: six supermarkets, from Lidl to the pan-Asian Tian Tian Market, plus Wembley Park Medical Centre with evening and weekend appointments. An M&S food store is due to open in 2027.
- Community: a free programme of events runs all year, and each summer brings more than 200 hours of free classes and events.

Union Park
Seven acres of lawns, ponds, fountains and playgrounds, with off-lead areas for dogs. Use it for picnics, outdoor workouts and slow Sundays. See the Union Park guide.
Market Square
The square beside Brent Civic Centre, home of Wembley Library. It hosts Wembley Park Market, live music and outdoor wellness sessions.
Weaver Walk
Where you go to look after yourself: Reformer Pilates at El Estudio, classes at MoreYoga, haircuts at Chop Chop and treatments at Urban Rose Beauty.
Olympic Way
The walk from the station towards the stadium, with bakes at Bread Ahead, big-screen sport at Feed The Yak and pieces from the Art Trail. Expect crowds on event days.
Your first month
Four easy ways to meet people in your first few weeks:
- Join a run club (community-run): try NOV, Wembley Park Running Club or From Zero. Check each club's page for meeting points, times and any costs.
- Paint pottery (paid): Bonbon Pottery on Wembley Park Boulevard is a pottery-painting studio, an 8-minute walk from Wembley Park station. Pick a piece, paint it and stay for a drink.
- Free life drawing (seasonal): Wembley Park runs free outdoor art activities, including life drawing classes. Upcoming dates are in What's On.
- Quiz night (weekly, over 18s): Big Fat Quizbox at BOXPARK Wembley runs on Tuesdays from 7pm to 9pm. Bring a team, or make one there.

A quieter side
Away from Olympic Way, everyday life is calmer than the stadium suggests. Walk the dog by the ponds in Union Park, borrow a book at Wembley Library or join a free outdoor yoga session when one is on.
It is not always quiet. Wembley Stadium hosts around 40 major events a year, so expect crowds on the main routes on those days. Rent with Quintain Living and, depending on your building, you can also retreat to residents' gardens and roof terraces.

What happens on Wembley Stadium event days?
Some days are much busier. Wembley Stadium hosts around 40 major events a year, and visitors are directed along the main event routes. Designated parks and residential streets are reserved for residents, with barriers and fob access, and Quintain Living's Resident App shares road closures. Check What's On to plan around big days.
