The menu at Wagamama is inspired by traditional Japanese noodle bars and enticing Asian flavours. The Wagamama Story
The first Wagamama restaurant was opened in 1992 in London’s Bloomsbury. The inspiration for the restaurant came from the fast-paced, Japanese ramen bars and the want to celebrate and serve great Asian food. Founder, Alan Yau wanted to create a unique dining experience that incorporated the flavours of Asia and as of 2020, there were more than 135 restaurants worldwide helping to achieve this.
