Come join us for a free 45-minute family friendly walk with Rey Smart!

Get ready for an afternoon walk that will get the whole family moving whilst having fun with our dynamic fitness instructor. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or simply curious to try something new, this event is open to all levels and ages.

The walk is pram and wheelchair friendly, with limited spaces for up to 50 people. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Don’t miss this chance to be outside, enjoy the community spirit, and walk alongside people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.

About us

Carib & Co Brunch are a non profit community organisation. They provide free healthy brunches to the local community and foster social cohesion. In particular, they aim to make fitness easier and more accessible to Black and ethnic minority men and women with disabilities. Their brunches have brought together a number of different groups from the local community, including families on low income, young adults, and elderly people.

Carib & Co Brunch have engaged with organisations such as the NHS, Nando’s, BOXPARK, Brent Council and Harrow Council to deliver health and wellbeing workshops, art projects, fitness classes, comedy shows, and music events. The events are free, offering opportunities for all members of the community to participate in social, fun, and wellbeing activities.
