Embrace the flow of natural body movement to build strength and flexibility and settle into a peaceful state of mind. From dynamic, energising sequences to slow, serene postures, the class balances movement and meditation to help you feel better inside and out.
It suits every level, whether you practise regularly or you're unrolling a mat for the first time. Move at your own pace, breathe under the arch, and leave a little lighter, with a few new local faces to nod to next time.
The venue
Elvin Gardens is a peaceful Wembley Park green space tucked away just off the iconic Olympic Way, next to BOXPARK Wembley and only a five-minute walk from Wembley Park station. A perfect open-air spot for an afternoon of movement.
What to bring
Wear loose, breathable clothes you can bend and stretch in, and bring an extra layer to keep warm during the relaxation. Mats are limited (we have only six between us), so bring your own if you can.
Good to know
Places are limited, so booking ahead is recommended. The session goes ahead in most weather, so dress for the day.
Your instructor: Roberto Canu
Roberto Canu is a 300-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) trained in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin, bringing a warm, grounded style to the mat. His guiding philosophy is simple: you are exactly where you are meant to be.
About our event partner: West London Queer Project
The West London Queer Project (WLQP) is a non-profit Community Interest Company driven by the desire to connect, support and give voice to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and other sexual and gender identifying (LGBTQ+) people in West London. They aim to improve the lives of LGBTQ+ people in West London and beyond, offering fun events and a safe, welcoming and supportive space to uplift, empower and connect, alongside advocacy, awareness-raising and change-making work with local policy-makers. We're proud to be working with WLQP across Wembley Park Pride 2026, and this is just the beginning of what we hope will be a long and ambitious partnership.

About Pride Week at Wembley Park
Wembley Park Pride returns from Sunday 28 June to Sunday 5 July 2026, bringing a week of free events, community connection and celebration to the heart of North West London.
In partnership with the West London Queer Project and a range of local LGBTQ+ organisations, this year's programme invites everyone to come together through movement, creativity, conversation and entertainment. From outdoor yoga beneath the iconic Wembley Stadium arch and Drag Musical Bingo, to Queer Tango, Touch Rugby, zine-making workshops and thought-provoking discussions, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Whether you're looking to meet new people, learn a new skill, celebrate LGBTQ+ culture or simply spend time in a welcoming and inclusive community, Wembley Park Pride offers a variety of experiences across some of Wembley Park's most loved venues and public spaces.
All events are free to attend, but booking is recommended as spaces are limited for selected sessions. Join us for a week of Pride, community and unforgettable moments across Wembley Park.
