Matteo Recca, a southwest London resident with over 1- year of experience in BBQ and Kitchen Management, started at The Blues Kitchen at a very young age and has since trained alongside 3 times BBQ champion of the time, John Hargate. Since, he has collaborated with others to bring his famous American Cuisine to Wembley Park.
