Join the team from Bread Ahead for a guided session where you’ll create two classic Easter treats: traditional Hot Cross Buns and Swedish Semlor Buns. You’ll learn how to work with enriched dough, build flavour, and perfect your technique- all in a relaxed, friendly setting.
Expect warm, spiced hot cross buns fresh from the oven, and beautifully soft semlor buns filled with almond frangipane and whipped cream. It’s a great experience whether you’re a beginner or just looking to level up your baking skills.
Each booking is a 3 hour session at £110 per person. Spaces are limited, so booking in advance is recommended.

He started his first bakery in 2000 and later founded Bread Ahead at the famous Borough Market. This quickly became a go-to spot for Londoners and tourists alike.
