Buzz Balance is one of Buzz Gym's most popular classes, and this summer it's coming outdoors to Union Park South. Led by Zahra, it brings together a scientifically-developed combination of Tai Chi, Pilates and yoga moves, all set to calming music. It's the kind of session that quietly challenges your body and mind without you noticing, building flexibility and strength week by week, in a way that feels genuinely restorative rather than punishing.
Whether you're a regular mover, recovering from a busy week, or simply looking for a calmer way to stay active, all are welcome. No experience needed, and all fitness levels are catered for. Zahra will check in with participants about any injuries or health conditions before the session begins, so just show up and let the hour do its thing.
