History of Mitsuryu
With a background in Japanese cuisine (over 20 years in fact), Head Chef Kenny wanted to create a diner that offered high-quality handmade sushi that didn't break the bank. That’s why he used his expertise to create affordable but delicious Japanese cuisine that was accessible to everyone. From this, Mitsuryu was born.
