The Hola Guacamole Story
Hola Guacamole was started in 2013 as a food stall in Camden Market only trading on the weekends. Owner, Margarita Garcia, quickly fell in love with the market vibes and wanted to trade full time. She bought an old Citroen HY van which became a "kitchen on wheels” as the team started doing events and festivals. This was the beginning of the Hola Guacamole journey.
