What’s a festival without delicious food?
If you’re looking for a fun (and free) day out, International Busking Day is returning to Wembley Park on the 16th of July. Some of the world’s best street performers will be showing off their skills and entertaining eager audiences of all ages. Come ready to be dazzled – and come with an empty stomach. One of the best things about any festival is trying new food and sharing your favourites with friends and family. Dining at Wembley Park doesn’t disappoint. Here are just a few of the Wembley Park restaurant options available at International Busking Day 2022.
BOXPARK Wembley
BOXPARK Wembley brings dozens of street food vendors and entertainment venues together under one roof for a dining experience unlike any other. Create your own global tasting tour with dishes from the Philippines, Italy, the Caribbean, and beyond. Then, wash it down with craft beer, prosecco, or house-made cocktails.
No matter what flavours you’re craving, you’ll find them at BOXPARK Wembley Park. For even more fun, play some beer pong, book an axe-throwing session, or play some music-themed crazy golf at Pop Golf.
Pasta Remoli
If you’re in the mood for delicious Italian food prepared exactly the way you like it, head to Pasta Remoli. This fast casual restaurant specialises in handmade pasta served up in a relaxed environment – it’s quick, but it doesn’t sacrifice flavour. Just choose your favourite kind of pasta, select your authentic sauce, and top it with cheese. Best of all, they also have gluten-free and vegan options - Buon appetite!
The White Horse
Sometimes, only a traditional English pub will do. After you’ve spent some time enjoying the buskers, head to the White Horse, a Fuller’s establishment, for classic pub grub and hand-pulled pints. There’s something about a cold glass of white wine or a fizzy IPA that just hits right after a day exploring a festival. Come in, relax, and enjoy.
Estadio Lounge
The Estadio Lounge is a chilled out space with delicious food and drinks choices – the perfect place to kick back and relax after you enjoy International Busking Day. Order an all-day breakfast or a selection of tapas. If you’re in the mood for something more adventurous, go for the Dirty Brisket Burger or Wan Chai Fried Rice Bowl and pair it with a cocktail, fresh juice, or local beer.
Nando’s
Nando’s is always a top choice for a healthy, delicious, and affordable meal with something on the menu for everyone. If you’ve worked up an appetite after watching a juggler, listening to some percussion, or admiring a circus act, head to Nando’s for a satisfying Fino Pitta and some peri-peri seasoned chips. If you’re with the family, kids are well catered for with the Nandino’s menu, loaded with smaller portions of their favourites.
Pizza Express
Pizza Express is a classic for a reason, beloved in the UK since 1965. Who doesn't love a Sloppy Giuseppe (or a Sloppy Vegan) and a side of garlicky dough balls? If you’re in the mood for pizza, this is a great choice, but they also do delicious pastas, salads, starters, and desserts. If you want to try something new, be sure to check out their seasonal menus.
