Free Pilates Class with El Estudio. Part of Wembley Park Wellness Festival.

As part of the Wembley Park Wellness Festival 2025, Laura Pelinski will guide a one-off Pilates class on Saturday 13 September 2025, 11am–12pm at Samovar Space.

Expect a friendly, inclusive atmosphere that makes it easy to switch off, stretch out and move with ease. Please bring your own mat and water and wear something comfortable.

Booking is free and open to everyone.

The class will be held outdoors, in the Sound Shell area during the Summer Rock programme – no need to go to the studio itself.

About Laura Pelinski

Laura Pelinski is one of the most respected voices in the global Pilates community, celebrated for her expertise in post-rehabilitation, athletic performance, and movement science.

Originally from Buenos Aires, she is the founder and Executive Programme Director of BMC Pilates, and co-founder of El Estudio Pilates — a boutique studio group with multiple locations across London, including one in Wembley Park on Weaver Walk.

Together with her husband Sergio Pelinski, Laura also co-created the Pilates Leader Programme, the largest and most influential Pilates conference in South America, uniting top schools and global experts under one roof.
