Festive drinks in Wembley Park

This holiday season, Wembley Park are brewing up some of the most festive drinks around.

Serving up warm treats and holiday cocktails, Wembley Park's restaurants and eateries have gone all out. Grab one or two to sip while you stroll and gaze at the Christmas lights, or stop and have some bubbles with your bubble.

Head to the London Designer Outlet to find TGI Fridays. They always have an extensive array of delicious cocktails and mocktails, but their festive drinks menu is extra special this year. Sip and savour their Fizzmas Sparkle, Chambord topped with Prosecco, garnished with popping candy-filled raspberries for an extra surprise. The Winter Negroni is a twist on the classic – ginger-spiced Bombay Sapphire gin, Martini Rosso, and Campari, garnished with a ginger cookie and dried orange wheel. If you’re in the mood for gin, it’s got to be the Gin’gle Bells – a gin and tonic made with Beefeater Blood Orange gin and Chambord.

Frankie and Benny’s recently debuted a new collection of Christmas drinks, including their Fairytale of New York (rhubarb and ginger gin, cranberry juice, prosecco, and winter spices). Try the PS I Love Christmas (Baileys Irish Cream, Bacardi Spiced Rum, tiramisu syrup, and cream) – truly decadent. Of course, not everyone wants to drink alcohol. The Jingle Spritz is a refreshing blend of non-alcoholic Seedlip Spice, ginger ale, and a dash of cherry syrup.

Are you hoping to save some cash? Head to Frankie and Benny’s for some excellent deals - £10 bottle of Prosecco, 2 bottles of house wine for £20, 5 Budweisers for £15. You don’t need to break the bank to have a good time - bottoms Up.

The White Horse pub tops the list of pubs in Wembley Park – pop by for a mulled wine or meet some friends for a pint or a prosecco. This year things may look a little different – drinking outside, sticking to your bubble, wearing masks – but no Christmas season is ever complete without a trip to the pub.

Caffé Nero is just one of the coffee shops in Wembley Park offering some delicious seasonal drinks for 2020. Try their Gingerbread Latte, topped with marshmallows and whipped cream, or a zippy mint hot chocolate. For something extra special, order the Roasted Hazelnut Hot Chocolate for all of the warm and comforting flavours of Nutella in a cup.

When you’re bagging great bargains at the London Designer Outlet, make sure to order a seasonal drink from Costa Coffee. This year, they’ve debuted something genuinely unique for Christmas - the Purple One Latte with Light Dairy Swirl, made with the flavour of the iconic Quality Street choccie. It’s their signature latte blended with creamy caramel chocolate sauce and roasted hazelnut syrup. Best of all? It comes with a free ‘Purple One’ – you’ll be in holiday heaven.

We also can’t wait to try the After Eight Hot Chocolate, topped with light whipped cream. Costa has added mint syrup into their signature Hot Chocolate to evoke the flavour of an After Eight – and you get a free After Eight chocolate thin with every order.

Zizzi has a year-round menu of delicious drinks that will tempt your senses. For something different, try a Passion Fruitini, made with handcrafted vodka, passion fruit puree, and prosecco, fresh lime and rosemary. Another special drink for Christmas? Their Raspberry and Prosecco Mojito, made with white rum and raspberry puree, and finished with prosecco, fresh mint and a hit of lime.

Of course, not everyone is after an alcoholic drink this season. For those who want to avoid the booze, Zizzi recently introduced their new Orange and Watermelon Cooler. Sip on freshly squeezed orange juice and watermelon juice, with a sweet Sprite fizz and topped with a sprig of fragrant rosemary.

BOXPARK Wembley is home to 22 fantastic street food vendors and Wembley Park coffee shops, including some excellent shops that specialise in drinks. Head to Boki Coffee for a creamy chocolate mocha, or try something different at T4. Known for their Taiwanese bubble tea served in locations all across the UK, try their French Pudding Milk Tea. For something even more unusual, give the Elegant Rose Royal Tea a try.

Ok, ok – Las Iguanas may not have a festive drinks menu, but we’re still thrilled to include them on this list because of their fantastic happy hours. Try some of their delicious Christmas menu items (the Nachos Navidad, or Christmas Nachos, are a favourite) accompanied by their great drinks deals. You’ve simply got to try one of their Caipirinhas – Cachaça, lime, and sugar, the taste of the tropics.

Pret may be one of many coffee shops in Wembley Park, but they always lure people in with their delicious Christmas sandwiches, piping hot soups, and seasonal drinks. Order one of their holiday classics – try a Gingerbread Latte, a Salted Caramel Latte, or a decadent S’mores Hot Chocolate.
