Kabab was created by a Kiwi who loves the flavours of the Mediterranean and has a healthy addiction to the barbecue. Coming from a country so far away, there's a real mix in menu and giving things a go – mixing the traditional with the modern.
Started with a street food pitch next to an awesome pub in Old St, with lots of fun lunches and evenings serving free-range kebabs and halloumi fries to locals. We were then chosen to go on the Deliveroo Incubator program, graduated and was given a permanent spot! Proper excited to have our first site and being able to interact again with our customers.
